Aberdeen Construction:On September 4, 2008 you are invited to an Industry Day at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, Wanamaker Building Crystal Tea Room (9th Floor), 100 Penn Square East, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. This meeting encourages Small Business participation in projects for the construction of new/renovated buildings and site work related to Phase II of the C4ISR BRAC move to Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. To familiarize industry with all aspects of Phase II, there will be a presentation of the requirements, and a question and answer period. The C4ISR Program Manager, Project Managers, Design Leads, and Contracting Officers will be available to discuss and/or answer questions related to the C4ISR Phase II Program; which will be issued through multiple solicitations available for download on the Federal Business Opportunity website at www.fbo.gov. Set-aside programs will be considered (i.e., Small Business, 8(a), Hub Zone, or Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business) in accordance with FAR Part 19. Bonding will be required.
